At Peloton Apparel, we want you to feel as good as you look during your workout. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and include the packing slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
